REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration  by e-mail. The appropriate refunds will be made after the congress.

• Refund of registration fees, with 25 Euro administrative charge deducted, is possible if written application reaches the Congress Secretariat before March 1, 2012.
• Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2012 and prior to April 5, 2012 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees paid.
• Cancellation received on or after April 5, 2012 will receive 0% refund of registration fees paid.
